Love Them For Who They Are Now.

Loving someone for who they are, is love. Loving someone for who they could be, is not. You’re falling in love with the image you’ve created for them. You don’t know who they could be unless that person has decided that for themselves beforehand. You’re pushing them into an edge they haven’t decided they want to jump off of yet. So why do you get angry that they refuse to be that person you’ve made, all in your head? It was never them to begin with, and even if they could be whatever it is you see, it’s not up to you. So love them purely for who they are now.
